Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MeerKat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

MeerKat provides a multi-tenant WhatsApp AI agent platform. You connect your WhatsApp number, and the service processes messages through an AI assistant using your knowledge base and configured automations.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service
• You must have consent from contacts whose data you process
• You may not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
• You may not reverse-engineer or resell the platform without authorization

4. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

5. Data Ownership

You own all data you input. We process it only to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data is soft-deleted and permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Jakarta.
